Due to telecommunications law in Poland, we cannot offer full anonymity. We support privacy by collecting only the information required by law and necessary for providing telecommunications services. We do not use your data for marketing purposes.

Create your account in the PR1V.PL app and register your account with e-mail. We are obliged by law to verify your identity and we do it in 2 ways: via mObywatel (faster) or by comparing your documents and your face in the app. The entire process is handled via the our mobile app — no need for visits to stores, signing paper contracts, or phone calls. Within as little as 5 minutes, you can start using PR1V network services.

If you place an order in the morning we are able to move your number on the same night. You will receive a temporary phone number with active plan so that you are connected to internet at all times. Install your eSIM immediately and restart your phone in the morning. If you have an iPhone – restart iMessage after porting for the service to work. If you ordered a plastic SIM the process will start when you collect if from a parcel locker and the porting can happen in the night after you have collected PR1V SIM.

For individuals: first and last name; PESEL number – or if PESEL is not available – series and number of identity document; for foreigners – passport number or residence card number. For companies and organizations: company name; identification number (REGON, NIP, KRS, or CEIDG entry). After activation, PR1V also processes retention and operational data, which every telecommunications operator is required to collect in connection with providing the service: information about network activity (so-called data generated by the telecommunications network); transmission and billing data (e.g., how much data was used, what services were performed); device location data for handling emergency calls. This data is used for billing, handling complaints, and fulfilling legal obligations arising from telecommunications regulations.

With PR1V, you get a large internet package with rollover of unused data, unlimited calls and SMS/MMS in Poland. You pay and use. We don’t do promotions, price changes and strange rules. We don’t promise cheap service to serve you a “gotcha” when you least expect it. We never force you to use an app and will never bother you with marketing SMS or upselling promotions. What you see is what you get. We want to deliver you a great service so that you can live your life rather than chasing a fake promotion.

The Wallet is a separate pool of funds that you top up yourself, from which services not included in the monthly Package subscription are paid. It eliminates hidden fees, automatic top-ups, end-of-month surprises on the bill. Wallet funds are used for, among others, international calls, roaming outside the EU, premium SMS, other services billed outside the subscription Package. The subscription Package is the base, and the Wallet is a flexible add-on — only when you need it.
